As one of the main manufacturers and exporters for abrasive, refractory materials and metallurgy industry in China. We have six plants (One Fused Plant,Three processing Factories, One Special Refractory material plant,One metallurgy material Plant,One Acid washing and Water washing plant, and Sales Department ).We can produce 80,000 tons annually. Our products include Brown Fused Alumina95%, Brown Fused Alumina98%,White Fused Alumina, Black Fused Alumina, Compact Fused Alumina, Semi-Friable Fused Alumina, Micro Crystalline Fused Alumina, Calcium Aluminate etc. We have passed ISO9001-2000 Quality Management System Certificate.
Fused calcium aluminate (Premelted calcium aluminates residue) is mainly used for separating the impurity elements such as sulfur and oxygen in ladle refining of LF furnace, open hearth furnace and the converter furnace, and it can reduce the content of harmful elements and impurities, which is applicable for general carbon steel, high carbon steel, high and low alloy steel. Its applications have already been mature in some foreign countries, such as South Korea, Japan, the United States and the developed European countries
